  • The Make-Ahead Method: Remove the tags from 10 to 12 tea bags and tie the bags together. Drop them in a large pitcher or 2-quart container of cold water. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove the tea bags and serve poured over ice.
  • The Sun-Brew Method: Prepare the bags as above. Place the pitcher in a sunny spot for 4 to 6 hours. Remove the tea bags and serve poured over ice.
  • The Last-Minute Method: Boil 4 cups of water and pour it over 16 tea bags in a 2-quart container. (Don't use a glass container: It can crack when filled with hot liquid.) Let the tea steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the bags and add 4 cups of ice to the container. Serve poured over ice.

    Lemon Verbena
    Mint
    Oolong
    Red Zinger
