The good humor people say Americans eat 2,200 Popsicles every minute. Take into account other brands and the homemade counterparts and the number gets stratospheric. Real Simple's good-for-you take on this classic uses organic fruit juice and molds called Freezer Pop Makers ($13, www.cooking.com). For the two-tone pop shown here, fill each mold halfway up with papaya juice and freeze until firm (about an hour). Fill the rest of the mold with cranberry juice, insert a wooden craft stick, and freeze until very hard. For a close runner-up to homemade, try Frozfruit bars (available at supermarkets and delis).
