    Roasted Broccoli and Pecans

    1 head broccoli, including stems, cut into 3 1/2-inch florets
    1/4 cup olive oil
    Kosher salt and pepper
    1/4 cup (3/4 ounce) pecans

    Heat oven to 400° F.

    In a roasting pan, combine the broccoli, oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and the pecans. Roast, stirring once, until tender, 20 to 25 minutes.



    Yield: Makes 4 servings
