The Program
Warm-up
Walk in place for two minutes, swinging your arms back and forth.

Workout
  • Reverse lunges, 15 reps on each leg.
  • Pulsed push-ups, 10 reps.
  • Triceps dips with leg lifts, 10 reps on each leg.
  • Leg-lift crunches, 15 reps.
  • Repeat this four-move sequence two more times.
