Warm-upWalk in place for two minutes, swinging your arms back and forth.
WorkoutReverse lunges, 15 reps on each leg.Pulsed push-ups, 10 reps.Triceps dips with leg lifts, 10 reps on each leg.Leg-lift crunches, 15 reps.Repeat this four-move sequence two more times.
