Formula Z/S
It seems easy enough: Shower, brush teeth, dry hair, apply makeup…. You've done it, what, 10,000 times? Why, then, do you find yourself raising your arm to get that bottle on the top shelf at the A&P and feeling, um, unsure? Who hasn't forgotten to roll on the roll-on/brush the teeth/apply the mascara in the middle of a particularly stressful week or during a sleep-deprived morning? Solution: Line up your grooming items on the medicine-cabinet shelves in the order in which you use them (the basic idea works even if you don't have the luxury of a cabinet all to yourself). Then let that 5:30 wake-up call just try to trip you up.
