Combine the butter, ground mushrooms, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and a pinch of pepper in a small bowl until well combined.

  2. Check 1 1/2 tablespoons crumbled dried porcini mushrooms, finely ground (in a spice grinder)
  3. Check Kosher salt and black pepper
