How To: Make Popsicle Fence

Cardboard barn toy
Jim Cooper

Yet another homemade project that's well-worth the licking. (That's why we love this sweet idea so much!)  This mini barrier stands naturally next to the barn and keeps our friendly farm friends from roaming.

What You Need:

Scissors and utility knife, markers, ruler, rubber bands, glue, tape (transparent, duct, masking, or colored), gift wrap or decorative paper, kraft paper, craft wire, mini craft sticks

  1. 1

Wrap the wire a few times around the top end of one craft stick. Leave about 1⁄4 inch and then wrap the top end of another craft stick with the wire. Continue until you have the desired length of fence.

  2. 2

Then wrap the wire around the bottom end of the last craft stick. Continue wrapping the bottom ends of the craft sticks with the wire, leaving about 1⁄4 inch between them and finishing with the first craft stick.
