How to: Make a Dragon Tail

What You Need
Colored tights
Batting
Hot glue
Sponges
Cupcake liners

1. Make spikes by cutting sponges into triangles and then cutting cupcake liners into halves. Glue liners onto sponges. Set aside.
2. Cut tights in half. Fill one leg of the tight with batting. Remove the other leg of the tight and put it over the tight filled with batting to give it a more opaque look.
3. Glue the opening of the tight shut. Then glue the filled tight to the bottom back of the hooded sweatshirt.
4. Then hot glue all the triangle cut sponges with cupcake liners to the hood in a straight line down the back.
