How To: Make Tortoise Shell and Hat

What You Need
Roasting Pan
Spray paint (in green)
2 Ping pong balls
Sharpie (in black)
Scissors
Green duct tape
Knit hat (in green)

1. On a newspaper covered surface and in a well-ventilated area, spray paint the roasting pan green. Set aside to dry.
2. Make straps by taping two pieces of tape together (sticky sides facing one another). Secure about two inches from the top and bottom of the roasting pan.

For the Tortoise Hat:
1. Using scissors, cut the ping pong balls in half. Draw in eyes with the black sharpie. Glue on the hat with.
