Pirate and Parrot

A mighty pirate needs a trusty traveling companion when braving the seas (or rather, streets) looking for loot. Cue cute-as-can-be parrot. This fluffy disguise begins with pants and a tee covered in brightly colored feathers. The beak is made from a felt-covered baseball hat (get the how-tos). Cover his little feet with a pair of rubber gloves. Mom's get-up quickly comes together by grabbing staples—black leggings, boots, scarves—from her closet.
