How To: Make a Christmas Wreath
Follow These Four Easy Steps

Pick up a plain grapevine or pinecone wreath at any craft store. Then choose embellishments that suit your decorating style—like berries, tiny ornaments, or a selection of leaves.

Using wire cutters, snip off individual pieces, leaving enough of a stem on each to secure it to the wreath.

Find a spot on the wreath that will provide a good anchor for your bunch of berries, small ornaments, or spray of leaves.
Nestle the decorations between the branches, following the grain of the wreath. Use florist’s wire to affix smaller elements.
Tip: When spray-painting a grapevine wreath, hold the spray can 12 inches from the wreath, and paint the branches with two coats
(allow drying time between each coat) in a well-ventilated area. Let it dry for several hours.

Fill in any holes or sparse areas on the wreath. You may want to add a bow, tuck in a pinecone, or bring in a colorful element
for contrast.
