I was one of those people who firmly believed that she didn’t like Brussels sprouts, even though she’d never tried Brussels sprouts. This recipe shook that belief. (Full disclosure: I am also one of those people who firmly believe that bacon makes anything taste better. I remain firm in it.) With its medley of textures and tastes—bacon, pecans, little slivers of Brussels sprouts—this dish is incredibly delicious. Good-looking enough to serve to company, but it comes together in minutes. A winner.
