This confetti was made for floating. Before you toss old gift wrap or tissue paper in the trash, think about putting it on display in the air.

 

What You Need

  • Scissors
  • Tissue paper (For a sophisticated mix, like this one, use bright pink, apricot, orange, and silver.)

1. Cut several folded sheets of tissue paper at a time into ½-inch strips, then “dice” crosswise.
2. To ensure that you have enough to fill “Happy Birthday!” use 16 sheets (four sheets of each color).
