- The Reverse Lunge, 15 reps on each leg.
- The Pulsed Push-Up, 10 reps.
- The Triceps Dip With Leg Lift, 10 reps on each leg.
- The Leg-Lift Crunch, 15 reps.
- Repeat this four-move sequence two more times.
