Black Bean, Corn and Turkey Chili

  1. Check 1tabelspoon vegetable oil
  2. Check 1pound ground turkey
  3. Check 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
  4. Check 2tablespoons chili powder
  5. Check 1teaspoon ground cumin
  6. Check 1teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
  7. Check 1/2teaspoon ground black pepper
  8. Check 1/4teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
  9. Check 1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or Swanson® Chicken Stock
  10. Check 1cup Pace® Picante Sauce
  11. Check 1tablespoon


  1. Heat the oil in a 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the turkey, onion, chili powder, cumin, oregano, black pepper and garlic powder. Cook until the turkey is cooked through, stirring often to separate meat.
  2. Stir the broth, picante sauce, sugar, beans and corn in the saucepan and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
