The Perfect Tomato Sandwich
Form a sandwich with toasted white bread, mayonnaise, thick slices of tomatoes, salt, and pepper.

Easy Tomato Pasta
In a large bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, thinly sliced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a pinch of crushed red pepper. Let sit at room temperature, stirring occasionally, for at least an hour. Toss with cooked pasta and chopped fresh basil.

Tomato and Brie Flat Bread
Roll out store-bought pizza dough and top with sliced tomatoes, chunks of Brie, and sliced red onion. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake at 425° F until bubbly and golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.

Tomato and Corn Salad With Feta
Toss halved cherry or grape tomatoes with raw corn kernels, your favorite vinaigrette, sliced scallions, and crumbled Feta. Season with salt and pepper.
