  3. Check 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  4. Check 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest plus 1 tablespoon juice
  5. Check Kosher salt and black pepper
  6. Check Crudités (like endive, carrot, and broccolini), for serving

Directions
