Each of the following recipes works splendidly with homemade frozen marinara sauce (see Linguine With Tomato Sauce for the recipe). Or, of course, you can also just reheat the sauce and serve it over freshly cooked pasta.


If all you have is a large, unmarked bag of kernels that you froze yourself, but a recipe calls for a particular size package of corn or a certain number of ears of corn, figure 1/2 cup of kernels equals 1 ear of corn and 3 cups of kernels equates to a 16-ounce package of frozen corn.
