  • Grilled Apple and Cheddar Panini
    Spread slices of raisin-walnut bread with Dijon mustard and form sandwiches with thinly sliced apples and extra-sharp Cheddar. Cook in butter in a skillet, turning once, until the cheese melts and the bread is crisp.
  • Roasted Apples With Red Onions and Thyme
    Toss apple and red onion wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh thyme sprigs. Roast at 400°F, tossing once, until tender, 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Apple and Fennel Salad With Parmesan
    Toss thinly sliced apples and fennel with chopped fresh parsley, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Top with shaved Parmesan.
  • Sautéed Apples and Cabbage
