  5. Check 1/4 cup torn fresh mint
  6. Check 1/4 cup unsalted roasted cashews
  7. Check 2 tabelspoons rice vinegar
  8. Check 2 tabelspoons olive oil
  9. Check Kosher salt and black pepper
