My wonderful Californian cousin, Janet, introduced me to this sandwich. It's healthy, ridiculously easy to make, and I swear
it tastes like summer. Enjoy!
1 loaf sourdough bread (trust me, you'll want more than one sandwich)
1. Toast 2 slices of bread (or if you're a proactive girl like me, make it 4).
2. Peel avocado and remove its seed.
3. Slice avocado and tomato.
4. Layer avocado and tomato on toasted bread to create a scrumptious summer sandwich.
Strange as it sounds, this sandwich tastes great without any kind of dressing. However, if you're feeling particularly saucy, Italian dressing works nicely.
