Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds yellow tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1/4 cup torn basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
- Pulse tomatoes in a food processor until roughly chopped.
- Transfer to a bowl and mix in onion, basil leaves, and salt.
- Serve with hearts of romaine, sliced zucchini, and crackers.
