Ingredients

  1. Check 1 1/2pounds yellow tomatoes, cut into quarters
  2. Check 1/2cup red onion
  3. Check 1/4cup torn basil leaves
  4. Check 1/2teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  1. Pulse tomatoes in a food processor until roughly chopped.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and mix in onion, basil leaves, and salt.
  3. Serve with hearts of romaine, sliced zucchini, and crackers.
