Ingredients

  1. Check 1 small seedless watermelon, chopped (about 5 cups)
  2. Check 1/3 cup sugar
  3. Check 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  4. Check 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  5. Check pinch fine salt

Directions

  1. Puree the watermelon, sugar, lime juice, ginger, and salt in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into 10 3-ounce or 8 4-ounce ice-pop molds, dividing evenly. Insert ice-pop sticks and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours and up to 4 days.
