  1. Heat oven to 450°. Place the olives and thyme in the center of a 12-by-12-inch piece of aluminum foil. Fold foil into a 5-inch-square packet, making sure the edges of the packet are well sealed.
  2. Bake until the olives are warm and juicy, about 15 minutes. Place in a small ramekin and serve.
