Ingredients

  1. Check 1 loaf country bread, sliced into 12-inch slices
  2. Check 2tablespoons olive oil
  3. Check 1 garlic clove, peeled and halved
  4. Check 2tablespoons roughly chopped fresh oregano

Directions

  1. Brush 1 side of each slice of bread with the olive oil and then rub with the cut side of the garlic. Toast in the oven at 375° F until lightly golden, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with some of the oregano.
