Ingredients

  1. Check 4 12-ounce bags cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  2. Check 4cups sugar
  3. Check 3liters tonic water
  4. Check 1liter vodka
  5. Check 1cup fresh lime juice
  6. Check cream soda and ice, for serving

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, and 2 cups water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer 3 cups of the cranberries to a large bowl, then strain the remaining syrup into the bowl; let cool.
  2. Add the tonic water, vodka, and lime juice to the cranberry syrup. Serve over ice and top off with a splash of cream soda.
