Ingredients

  1. Check 1tablespoon Dijon mustard
  2. Check 1/4cup walnuts
  3. Check 1tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  4. Check 1/3cup mayonnaise
  5. Check 8 slices wheat bread
  6. Check sliced turkey
  7. Check 1 green apple, cored and thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Mix the mustard, walnuts, and parsley into the mayonnaise. (For extra flavor, mix in a few drops of hot sauce.)
