Ingredients

Dijon mustard

walnuts

chopped fresh parsley

mayonnaise

slices wheat bread
sliced turkey

green apple, cored and thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Mix the mustard, walnuts, and parsley into the mayonnaise. (For extra flavor, mix in a few drops of hot sauce.)
  2. Spread it on the bread, then make sandwiches with the sliced turkey and apple.
