Turkey and Blue Cheese Salad

  1. Check 2 heads Boston lettuce, broken into large pieces
  2. Check 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  3. Check 1/2cup chopped almonds
  4. Check 1/2pound sliced roasted turkey or chicken
  5. Check 4ounces blue cheese
  6. Check 1/4cup store-bought vinaigrette


  1. Divide the lettuce, onion, and almonds among 4 bowls.
  2. Dividing evenly, top each with the turkey and blue cheese; drizzle with the vinaigrette.
