Ingredients

  1. Check 2 slices bacon
  2. Check 1/4cup mayonnaise
  3. Check 1/4cup sour cream
  4. Check 2tablespoons milk
  5. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  6. Check 1 1/2pounds tomatoes, sliced
  7. Check 1/4 small red onion, finely chopped
  8. Check fresh dill, chopped, for sprinkling

Directions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp, 7 to 8 minutes. Let cool, then crumble.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the tomatoes. Sprinkle with the bacon, onion, and dill.
