Tomato-Caper Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 pound grape tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons roughly chopped capers
- 2 tablespoons roughly chopped green olives
- 1/4 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- kosher salt and black pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, capers, olives, onion, lemon juice, zest, oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. Spoon over grilled meat, chicken, or seafood.
