Ingredients

  1. Check 1pound grape tomatoes, chopped
  2. Check 2tablespoons roughly chopped capers
  3. Check 2tablespoons roughly chopped green olives
  4. Check 1/4 small red onion, finely chopped
  5. Check 1 1/2teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  6. Check 1/2teaspoon grated lemon zest
  7. Check 2tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  8. Check kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, capers, olives, onion, lemon juice, zest, oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. Spoon over grilled meat, chicken, or seafood.
