grape tomatoes, chopped

roughly chopped green olives

small red onion, finely chopped

fresh lemon juice

grated lemon zest

tablespoons
extra-virgin olive oil
kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, capers, olives, onion, lemon juice, zest, oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. Spoon over grilled meat, chicken, or seafood.
