Ingredients

  1. Check 1pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  2. Check 1/2 cantaloupe, cut into 1-inch pieces
  3. Check 1/4cup fresh mint
  4. Check 2tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  5. Check kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, gently toss the tomatoes, cantaloupe, mint, oil, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
