Ingredients

  1. Check 4 medium tomatillos, husked and quartered
  2. Check 1 avocado, pitted and peeled
  3. Check 1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
  4. Check 1/2cup fresh cilantro sprigs
  5. Check 1/4 white onion, chopped
  6. Check 2tablespoons lime juice
  7. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  8. Check blue corn tortilla chips, for serving

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine the tomatillos, avocado, jalapeño, cilantro, onion, and lime juice and pulse until the mixture is the texture of relish. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper. Serve with the tortilla chips.
