Heat oven to 400° F.Using a round cookie or biscuit cutter, cut out as many circles as possible from the pizza, avoiding the crust. Transfer to a baking sheet. Sprinkle with the toppings (except the fresh herbs, if using). Bake until warm, 5 to 10 minutes. Top with any fresh herbs (if using) and serve.

  2. Check various toppings (such as pitted olives, marinated mushrooms and artichokes, sliced salami, sun-dried tomatoes, cheese, anchovy fillets, and fresh herbs, including basil, flat-leaf parsley, and oregano)
