Ingredients

  1. Check 3cups cubed cantaloupe
  2. Check 3cups cubed watermelon
  3. Check 3cups cubed honeydew
  4. Check 2tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  5. Check 2tablespoons honey
  6. Check 8-ounce container mozzarella bocconcini, drained and cut in half
  7. Check 2teaspoons minced jalapeno (optional)
  8. Check 1/2teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Place the melon cubes in a large bowl. Add the basil and combine well.
  2. Drizzle the honey over the melon. Add the mozzarella, jalapeno (if desired), and salt. Toss again and serve.
