Ingredients

  1. Check 1tablespoon canola oil
  2. Check 1pound ground turkey
  3. Check 2tablespoons fish sauce
  4. Check 2tablespoons brown sugar
  5. Check 4cups shredded cabbage
  6. Check 1/4 English cucumber, sliced
  7. Check 1/2cup fresh mint leaves
  8. Check 1/2cup chopped peanuts
  9. Check 2tablespoons fresh lime juice
  10. Check lime wedges, for serving

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, 3 to 5 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, toss the cabbage, cucumber, mint, and peanuts with the lime juice. Top with the turkey mixture and serve with lime wedges.
