unsalted butter, at room temperature
chopped fresh herbs (such as chives and basil)
fine sea salt
slices sandwich bread, crusts removed
radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
- Mix together the butter, herbs, and ¼ teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Dividing evenly, spread the bread with the herb butter. Form a sandwich with the bread and radishes. Cut in half.
