Ingredients

  1. Check 4tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  2. Check 4tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as chives and basil)
  3. Check 1/4teaspoon fine sea salt
  4. Check 4 slices sandwich bread, crusts removed
  5. Check 4 radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Mix together the butter, herbs, and ¼ teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Dividing evenly, spread the bread with the herb butter. Form a sandwich with the bread and radishes. Cut in half.
