Ingredients

unsalted butter, at room temperature

tablespoons
chopped fresh herbs (such as chives and basil)
1/4
teaspoon
fine sea salt

slices sandwich bread, crusts removed
4
radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Mix together the butter, herbs, and ¼ teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Dividing evenly, spread the bread with the herb butter. Form a sandwich with the bread and radishes. Cut in half.
