Tart Lime Pops

Ingredients
- 1 15-ounce can sliced pears or pear halves
- 1/4 cup limeade concentrate, thawed
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lime zest
Directions
- Drain the pears, reserving 1/4 cup of the juice.
- In a blender, puree the pears, reserved juice, limeade, and lime zest until smooth.
- Spoon into pop molds or paper cups. Cover and freeze until firm, 3 hours. (If using cups, insert wooden sticks into the semi-frozen pops after 90 minutes.)
