- 8 leaves of Boston or butter lettuce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
- In a large bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and kosher salt. Add the celery, cucumber and lettuce to the bowl containing the vinaigrette and toss.
