Tangy Lettuce Slaw

Ingredients

8 leaves of Boston or butter lettuce

tablespoons
Dijon mustard

tablespoon
lemon juice
1
tablespoon
mayonnaise
1/8
teaspoon
kosher salt
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and kosher salt. Add the celery, cucumber and lettuce to the bowl containing the vinaigrette and toss.
