Ingredients

  1. Check 8 leaves of Boston or butter lettuce
  2. Check 2tablespoons Dijon mustard
  3. Check 1tablespoon lemon juice
  4. Check 1tablespoon mayonnaise
  5. Check 1/8teaspoon kosher salt
  6. Check 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  7. Check 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and kosher salt. Add the celery, cucumber and lettuce to the bowl containing the vinaigrette and toss.
