Salmon Burgers

Ingredients

  1. Check 1 cup yogurt (preferably Greek)
  2. Check 1/2 cup buttermilk
  3. Check 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  4. Check 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  5. Check 1 pound green cabbage, shredded

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, buttermilk, mayonnaise, and freshly ground black pepper. Add shredded green cabbage. Toss well.
