Ingredients

  1. Check 1/2 cup canola oil
  2. Check 1/3 cup white vinegar
  3. Check 1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey
  4. Check kosher salt
  5. Check 1 teaspoon green hot sauce (such as Tabasco), optional
  6. Check 1 pound romaine hearts, thinly sliced
  7. Check 1 large carrot, shredded
  8. Check 1/4 small red cabbage, shredded
  9. Check 1/4 cup pepitas (hulled pumpkin seeds), toasted

Directions

  1. Whisk together the oil, vinegar, agave, ½ teaspoon salt, and hot sauce, if desired, in a large bowl. Add the romaine, carrot, cabbage, and pepitas and toss to combine.
