Quick Tip

Thin strips of pork or chicken can replace beef in this recipe. To substitute shrimp, cook the vegetables, add 1 pound peeled
and deveined medium shrimp, cook until opaque, then add the jelly.

FRESH PICK
Cranberries
High in vitamin C, these hard, tart berries are grown in bogs in colder regions of North America and Europe. They’re almost
always eaten cooked, as in the classic Thanksgiving relish.
