- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 pint strawberry sorbet
- 1 quart strawberries, hulled and chopped
Directions
- In a small skillet, boil the vinegar until reduced by half, 3 to 4 minutes; let cool.
- Divide the strawberry sorbet among bowls. Top with the strawberries and balsamic syrup.
