pint strawberries, stemmed and sliced

grated orange rind
pint mango or orange sorbet
pint strawberry ice cream
coarsely chopped crystallized ginger (optional)
- Toss strawberries, sugar, juice, and rind in a bowl and set aside. Place scoops of sorbet and ice cream in deep bowls or parfait glasses. Top with a layer of sauce, and repeat with another layer of sorbet and ice cream. Top with remaining sauce, crumbs, and ginger.
