Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- kosher salt
- 5 cups fresh spinach
- 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, sugar, lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add the spinach to the bowl and toss well. Divide among 4 plates. Top each serving with some of the nuts and cheese.
