In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, sugar, lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add the spinach to the bowl and toss well. Divide among 4 plates. Top each serving with some of the nuts and cheese.

  3. Check 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
  4. Check 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  5. Check kosher salt
  6. Check 5 cups fresh spinach
  7. Check 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
  8. Check 2 ounces goat cheese, crumbled

Directions
