Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough, thawed if frozen
- cornmeal for the baking sheet
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 10-ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 cups grated mozzarella
Directions
- Heat oven to 425° F. Shape the dough into a large oval and place on a cornmeal-dusted baking sheet.
- Spread the sauce over the dough and top with the spinach and cheese.
- Bake until golden brown and crisp, 25 to 30 minutes.
