Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough, thawed if frozen
  • cornmeal for the baking sheet
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 10-ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425° F. Shape the dough into a large oval and place on a cornmeal-dusted baking sheet.
  2. Spread the sauce over the dough and top with the spinach and cheese.
  3. Bake until golden brown and crisp, 25 to 30 minutes.
