Ingredients

  1. Check 1cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  2. Check 1/2 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  3. Check 1/4cup pesto
  4. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  5. Check cut-up vegetables, for serving (optional)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, spinach, pesto, and ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Serve with cut-up vegetables, if desired.
