Ingredients

  1. Check 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  2. Check 1cup sour cream
  3. Check 1/4cup grated Parmesan (1 ounce)
  4. Check 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  5. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  6. Check dippers (such as carrot sticks and pretzels)

Directions

  1. Squeeze any excess liquid out of the spinach.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Serve with the dippers.
